FAQ
Bespoke Jewelry
Is it possible to create a bespoke piece of jewelry?
Every bespoke piece begins with a collaborative design process, where your ideas are transformed into a one-of-a-kind creation. Consultations are available by prior appointment, either online or in person. The production time is typically 4–5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
How long does it take to create a piece of jewelry?
Every DIAGO piece is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. The production time is generally 4–6 weeks, depending on the design and any bespoke requirements. For custom-made pieces, the timeline may vary based on the complexity of the design and the selected materials.
Can I request engraving?
Yes. Many of our jewelry pieces can be personalized with custom engraving. During the ordering process, you can enter your preferred engraving text in a dedicated field on the product page, whether it is a date, initials, a name, or a short personal message.
You can choose from two different engraving fonts, both of which are displayed with a preview on the product page, making it easy to select the style that best complements your jewelry and the occasion.
Materials & Gemstones
What precious metals are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from 14K and 18K yellow, white, and rose gold. Every precious metal is carefully selected to ensure exceptional beauty, durability, and timeless quality for years to come.
What gemstones do you use, and what does the certificate mean?
We carefully select natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, as well as a variety of fine gemstones, for our jewelry. Each gemstone is graded according to internationally recognized standards established by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
The GIA is one of the world's leading independent gemological institutes, providing detailed and objective assessments of a gemstone's most important characteristics, including its colour, clarity, carat weight, and cut. A certificate ensures that the quality of the gemstone is transparent, internationally recognised, and easily comparable.
What is the difference between natural and laboratory-grown diamonds?
Today, the world of diamonds includes two different origins: natural diamonds formed deep within the Earth over millions of years, and laboratory-grown diamonds created under controlled conditions using advanced technology. Although their origin differs, both have the same crystal structure, physical properties, and optical characteristics
Laboratory-grown diamonds are graded according to the same international standards as natural diamonds. The GIA 4Cs grading system provides an objective evaluation of colour, clarity, carat weight, and cut for both.
Natural Diamonds
Natural diamonds were formed deep within the Earth under extreme pressure and temperature over millions, and often billions, of years. Their rarity and individuality make each stone truly unique, carrying its own story. They represent timeless luxury and enduring elegance.
Laboratory-Grown Diamonds
Laboratory-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology in carefully controlled environments, allowing for precisely engineered quality. They are identical to natural diamonds in appearance and properties while offering a more accessible alternative for those who appreciate a modern approach.
Our priority is to help every client make a confident and well-informed decision. Whether you choose a natural or laboratory-grown diamond, each stone is selected according to the same meticulous quality standards and attention to detail.
Ring Size
What if I don't know my ring size?
You can determine your ring size at home using the downloadable PDF guide available on our website. For the most accurate result, we recommend measuring an existing ring or visiting us for a professional sizing consultation.
What happens if the ring size is not correct?
Ring resizing is included as part of our service. The final size adjustment is carried out in person to ensure a perfect fit.

Warranty & Jewelry Care
Do your jewelry pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry under normal wear and intended use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use; however, repair services remain available in such cases.
How can I preserve the condition of my jewelry over time?

We recommend storing your jewelry separately in a soft-lined jewelry box and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or physical impact. With regular care and occasional cleaning, your jewelry will retain its original beauty for many years.
